Safe Box Instructions

Identify Your Safe Box:
Please check the safe box model in your room and follow the instructions shown in the image.

  • INITIAL SETUP

    1. Press red button to start setup.
    2. Close the door.
    3. Type your four-digit password, then press the letter “A”.
    4. Again, type your password and press the letter “A”.
    5. A green light will show, turn the knob to the left and wait 5 seconds.

  • TO OPEN

    1. Type your password plus letter “A”.
    2. A green light will show and turn the knob to the right.
    3. You have 5 seconds for this operation.

  • TO CLOSE

    1. Close the door.
    2. Type your password plus letter “A”.
    3. A green light will show, turn the knob to the left and wait 5 seconds.

  • INITIAL SETUP

    1. Remove the battery cover located on the inside of the door and press the red button until you hear a beep.
    2. Close the door.
    3. Enter a six-digit code, then press ✓.
    4. Re-enter the same code and press ✓ again.
    5. A green light will turn on. Turn the knob to the left and wait 5 seconds.

  • TO OPEN

    1. Enter your six-digit code and press ✓.
    2. The green light will turn on. Turn the knob to the right.
    3. You have 5 seconds to complete this operation.

  • TO CLOSE

    1. Close the door.
    2. Enter your code and press ✓.
    3. The green light will turn on. Turn the knob to the left and wait 5 seconds.

  • INITIAL SETUP

    1. Press the green button to begin setup.
    2. Close the door.
    3. Enter a four-digit code, then press the “#” key.
    4. A blue light will turn on. Turn the knob to the left and wait 5 seconds.

  • TO OPEN

    1. Enter your four-digit code, then press the “#” key.
    2. The blue light will turn on. Turn the knob to the right.
    3. You have 5 seconds to complete this operation.

  • TO CLOSE

    1. Close the door.
    2. Enter your four-digit code, then press the “#” key.
    3. The blue light will turn on. Turn the knob to the left and wait 5 seconds.

    1. Press the green button to begin setup.
    2. Close the door.
    3. Enter a four-digit code, then press the “#” key.
    4. A blue light will turn on. Turn the knob to the left and wait 5 seconds.

  • TO OPEN

    1. Enter your four-digit code, then press the “#” key.
    2. The blue light will turn on. Turn the knob to the right.
    3. You have 5 seconds to complete this operation.

  • TO CLOSE

    1. Close the door.
    2. Enter your four-digit code, then press the “#” key.
    3. The blue light will turn on. Turn the knob to the left and wait 5 seconds.

FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD

· You have three attempts to open.
· In case of failure, the box will be blocked and you must contact reception for assistance.

IMPORTANT

· Be sure to remember your personal code.
· Before your departure, do not forget to remove all your belongings. Check the interior carefully.
· Leave your safe box door open before retiring.
· In case you need assistance or your safe is locked, please contact our reception.
· The hotel has free safe deposit boxes in its rooms in order to protect your valuables.
· The hotel is not responsible for the loss of money or other objects within our facilities.
