Escape Route

						IN CASE OF FIRE· Do not use the elevator as you could become trapped. 
 • If a fire starts in your room, immediately notify the Reception and/or activate the alarm bouttom located in the hallway of your room corridor.
 • Then quickly put out the source of fire, but only if you are sure you can do it with the fire extinguishers that are located there.
 • If you are in your room and hear the fire alarm, touch the door to see if it’s hot before opening it.

						IF THE DOOR IS HOT· Please remain in your room, and use the phone to call the Reception Desk for assistance. 
 • Immediately after making the call, fill the bathtub and cover all openings where smoke could enter with wet towels.
 • Wait for assistance.

						IF THE DOOR IS NOT HOT· Open the door slowly, using it as a protective shield. 
 • Please walk, do not run, to the nearest escape exit in the corridor of your floor, and go outside.
 · If the emergency exit does not seem safe, please return to your room. Remain there and call the Reception Desk for assistance.
 • If the corridor has smoke, keep your body low, and on your knees, make your way towards the emergency exit.

						IN CASE OF A TREMOR OR EARTHQUAKE· It is important to remain calm. Avoid running and/or yelling. Our building have been built with anti-earthquake resistant features allowing it to withstand phenomena of this kind, without difficulties. 
 • Please do not go from one place to another within the hotel. Get under a table or furniture which is the safest place.
 • Please stay away from windows and hanging objects that could fall.
 • When the quake stops, please walk calmly to the Reception Area.
 • In the event of fire or earthquake, your meeting point will be the first floor of the main Reception hall, where hotel staff will instruct you on the steps to follow.
